Location in Chelsea was nice

Cons

Heating pipes were extremely loud at night, sounded like a construction site. So many cockroaches and rats - I could hear them crawling in the walls at night, was definitely an infestation. Property owner kept a decent chunk of security deposit due to normal wear and tear.
