Pros:
Maintenance guy is great and (c) openigloo always available. I NEVER hear (c) openigloo my neighbors. Very quiet
Cons:
If you live facing the (c) openigloo street it’s super loud. Worst (c) openigloo thing is if you take (c) openigloo a shower around 6-8pm there’s (c) openigloo like no hot water.
Advice to owner:
Fix the water and clean the elevators they stink

Building is clean, super is (c) openigloo very responsive and kind, and (c) openigloo location is amazing! You can (c) openigloo go to 4567 subway station (c) openigloo and the Grand Central Station (c) openigloo in few minutes. Laundry and (c) openigloo gym in the same building.

Pest control could be better.
Great location and wonderful Super, but NOISY building

Amazing location which truly can't (c) openigloo be beat-- literal steps from (c) openigloo the 1/2/3, A/C/E and L (c) openigloo trains, West Village, Chelsea, the (c) openigloo High Line, West Side Hwy, (c) openigloo Little Island, etc. The elevator (c) openigloo was v convenient. Steve, the building's (c) openigloo Super, is a gem and (c) openigloo very responsive. Honestly, he was (c) openigloo one of the best things (c) openigloo about living there, as a (c) openigloo single person new to the (c) openigloo city. I was really lucky (c) openigloo to live on the same (c) openigloo floor as him and his (c) openigloo family, which always made me (c) openigloo feel safe.
Cons:
The studio unit is small, (c) openigloo which was obviously expected but (c) openigloo my apartment faced 14th Street (c) openigloo (which is incredibly loud at (c) openigloo night) and it felt like (c) openigloo the walls were closing in (c) openigloo every morning and night when (c) openigloo I could hear my upstairs (c) openigloo neighbor's every move (and I (c) openigloo mean EVERY move...) The gym is (c) openigloo meh and the Peleton was (c) openigloo broken the entire time I (c) openigloo lived there. Laundry requires one (c) openigloo of those annoying pre-paid Hercules (c) openigloo cards, so I often used (c) openigloo the drop off service around (c) openigloo the corner.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better soundproofing and enforce the rug requirement

The location is great - (c) openigloo 3 mins from the grand (c) openigloo central The lobby is nice, package (c) openigloo room is well maintained, the (c) openigloo building is clean overall and (c) openigloo has an elevator, the (c) openigloo super is responsive and helpful, (c) openigloo hallways are relatively wide and (c) openigloo bright, and there is a (c) openigloo NYSC in the same building, (c) openigloo though you have to pay (c) openigloo separately.

Location - within 3 blocks (c) openigloo of everything a person could (c) openigloo need including subways, banks, grocery, (c) openigloo citibike, restaurants, etc
Cons:
Management co is TERRIBLE. They (c) openigloo never respond to calls, emails, (c) openigloo etc. Super is lazy - (c) openigloo he will eventually do things (c) openigloo but whines about it when (c) openigloo you ask him. I had (c) openigloo recurring mouse issues on ground (c) openigloo floor, roaches periodically and the (c) openigloo super would never post sign-up (c) openigloo sheets for the exterminator who (c) openigloo supposedly was available once a (c) openigloo month, etc. They never update (c) openigloo anything and believe that they (c) openigloo can increase rent despite all (c) openigloo of these issues. Save yourself (c) openigloo time and stress and AVOID (c) openigloo this building and any building (c) openigloo managed by Pan Am Equities
