Central location with great water pressure.

Pros

The water pressure is nice and the garbage management containers outside are clean and often emptied.

Cons

Found a huge dead cockroach in my unit and the hallway lights did not work. Heat also has not been turned on in mid November. Also right next to a bar so you will get late night noise while people wait to get in.

Advice to the owners

Better lighting and communication around heat.
