I have nothing nice about this place before you took ownership this place was

It’s nothing nice about this building it’s no heat. They shut the water off Tuesday and Thursday for whole year turn off elevate on a Saturday and Sunday they leave us with one elevator for 154 unit

Cons

The super Miguel Mendez doesn’t any work besides robbing his tenant and the manager named Mike supported all the robbing activity that goes on this place 1240 Morrison ave unsanitized to live here dirty hallway an elevator,an stairs anyone read this don’t move here

That the apartments have terraces, are parking lot and a laundry room

Advice to the owners

Stop harassing the older tenants! You are Trying to run them out by taking them to court for petty things and breaking them down so they can move so that you can jack up the rent to someone who doesn’t know any better. Stop being greedy bullies and take your your tax cut like every other developer in the city
