Pros

Building and neighbors were lovely. Apartment was always quiet and walls were soundproof.

Cons

Unfortunately the roof fell in the apartment due to a clogged toilet upstairs. There are green and blue chemicals in the pipe that leads to the toilet. I'm not sure what caused them.
