VERY clean builidng, well maintained.

Great location, was a safe area when we lived there

Cons

Upstairs neighbors constantly making noise late at night and landlord did nothing, multiple mouse infestations (up to 5 mice visible at a time), super blamed us for the toilet not working, floors were filthy, electricity wasn’t always reliable.
