Former tenant·4 minutes ago

Strong sense of community but problems persist

Pros

Rent was affordable and neighbors were very nice; big laundry room in the basement

Cons

Elevators were frequently broken, violence in and around the courtyard, and recurrent issues with pests

Advice to the owners

Do a better job turning over apartments. My apartment was filthy when I moved in; trash still in drawers, paint in all the outlets, blocked trains, etc...

Pros

Cons

a roach crawled up my leg at my dinner table, a woman threw up on me in the elevator, ceiling collapsed in bathroom, no hot water
