Incompetent workers in office

Return tenants call. Just common courtesy

The entrance door is broken and non residents hang in the hallway

Keep Trepassers out of the building

NYCHA BUILDING ALERT

It's a nycha building meaning you get a certain amount of rent

Cons:

Crackheads coming in and put/living there; drug use; roaches; rats; litter; bad neighborhood kids like to station here

Too loud at night

They come fix issues quick such as leaks

Cons:

Way too loud at night with people outside with speakers. Our rent went up when progressive bought over and yet the same people still live in the building being loud all night.
