Spacious apartment, nice lighting, independent AC unites

The management is quite unsatisfactory. It took them 3 months to fix a leak in our ceiling, which then led to a mold and electrical issue

Advice to the owners

Please listen to your tenants! Every person on the management team is very nice, but not very trusting when a tenant is experiencing an issue. Our leak issue could have been fixed much much sooner if it was addressed when we first raised our concerns
