Some of the doormen are better (friendlier, more responsive) than others.

Cons
“Central air” isn’t really central air, the air circulation in the apartment is terrible that every year the shower needs re-caulked due to the inevitable mold build up despite consistent cleaning. That and maintenance done in the apartment is often rushed, done poorly and cheaply. Got a new vanity installed only for it to break within a month and detach from the wall.
Advice to the owners
Invest in maintenance that will last.
