Great Location, old building

Pros:
Great neighborhood, really great supers. Tenants have been around a long long time
Cons:
Mouse and cockroach problem.

Not a safe place to live

Pros:
The apartments in the back are quiet and light
Cons:
- There is a lot of crime in the building such as stolen deliveries and the landlord refuses to take any measures such as blinding the front doors or installing cameras.
Advice to owner:
- Make this a safe building

Okay Buiding , heat and hot water issues, pm sucks

Property manager is rude and rarely helpful

Advice to owner:
Hire a better more responsive super, find a less rude property manager and fix the heat and hot water
