Perfectly Adequate Place

Nice location. The super is wonderful.

Cons

One tenant had a huge cockroach infestation that really put a damper on the apartment. Because these are condos, you are renting from the apartment owner. Mine, personally, started out wonderful and became a nightmare when I chose not to resign a lease.
