The real deal
Pros
Quiet Building and Security Cameras Work.
Cons
Super doesnt clean on a daily basis. Mop stinks. Takes forever to fix something. Lobby always has a weird smell. One tenent that lives here is annoying and when he drinks he becomes a nuisance to everyone.
Advice to the owners
Hire a real super

Pros
The 12 hr parking is great .
Cons
I dont like the neighborhood, their is nothing close by and your car could get broken into at anytime at night and the pet policy should have stayed in place the animals make way too much noise and poop in the lobby ,the smoking on the stair case and people leaving side doors to the building open to let anyone in .
Advice to the owners
Stop throwing trash near the car they get scratched by them .
