Reviews

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

I bring repairs to 3 individuals n check for updates daily till fixed

Pros

Unfortunate to see other units in the building are not having repairs and such taken care of in a timely manner.. I’ve resided here for 6yrs and everything that has needed repair; new toilet, sink clog, motor control vent in bathroom, fixed with in a week or less..

Cons

Except for the color combination used for tiles & wall in common areas. Nothing else to say.

Advice to the owners

Purchase washer / dryers that are stackable.. giving the laundry room 4 washing machines and 4 dryers.. more importantly the front loading doors, saves water, energy n washes clothes better.. dryers more so make it much easier for people with disabilities n older population
