Horribly selfish landlord

Pros

Lots of space, backyard, fairly quiet home. Laundry in unit.

Cons

We had an electrical fire in the roof after he hired workers up there. Led to water damage on each floor of the building, walls being torn out, and he wanted full rent. Escalated into a horrible situation of harassment i should have never received from a landlord, while living in a construction site.

Advice to the owners

Some things are to good to be true, like the price for the space!!
