Flaky Landlords and Flakier Super
Pros
The neighbors were very kind and sometimes helpful. Ive never had to file a noise complaint and non have ever been sent to me.
Cons
Halls were always filthy. People smoked in the halls, stuff left everywhere. I have to plug holes and put out traps in my apartment to keep out roaches and mice but some still got in, Occasionally. Mold grew in the bathroom due to nonexistent ventilation. The heat was barely working during the winter,and there was no proper ventilation or electrical circuits to plug in even the fridge. So everything was a fire hazard. Landlords never answered my emails about anything, and super was barely reachable most days. Also still trying to reach them for my security deposit.
Advice to the owners
Answer the phone and your emails, and fix all the hazardous things going on in your building. Take responsibility
