Small walkup thats slightly better than average

Pros

Great garbage management. they always took everything out. Tenants are good. Walls are pretty thick

Cons

Very small entryway to building so moving anything inside and out of the door is extremely painful.

Advice to the owners

At least make the entry way door easier to open - right now its two doors with one that just stays there. so its half an entryway
