Management is useless

Pros

the apartment itself looks nice

Cons

so many cons i dont even have the energy to list, management is unresponsive. for example there was a gas leak in the apartment, management only responded two days later with a text saying “does it still smell like gas?” i had to call national grid myself to sort out the problem. they also have left us without ac for weeks, barely responding to messages and just running back and forth. the “maintenance” is a random guy who literally looks up what to do on youtube to help fix…in front of you. he doesnt understand what’s going on in english OR spanish
