Subpar leasing company
Pros
Terrible building with decent amenities and decent location.
Cons
The building has a few structural issues and the leasing company is not great with handling issues. Chooses to not believe the tenants complaints and would prefer to wait until issues grow before they take care of them then blame the tenant for the issue in the first place. Landlord is terrible and lies. Nobody should lease from them and they should be put out of business.
Advice to the owners
Listen to tenants better and stay on top of repairs and stop being so cheap.
