Welcome to the loudest street of all time

Pros

Good area for drinks and food. A/C Train right up the block which is very convenient. And the bakery downstairs is amazing.

Cons

Good area but expect noise constantly. From the subway, from the streets, from the teens and preteens coming home from school, from the homeless dudes on the street, the mosque across the street chanting on a loudspeaker 5 times a day, and the cars blasting music any time of day. It’s incredibly annoying. Also the apartment shakes a bit whenever a subway train passes underground.

Liked Living Here

Pros

The neighbors in the unit are quiet, there is a restaurant below that can play loud music/football games sometimes, but they’re done at a reasonable hour and it’s not every night.

Cons

Took a while to get the landlord to look into our oven that was basically exploding every time we turned it on, had to send them a video of it which was p dangerous
