Not bad for NYC

Pros

Great location. High ceilings. Central heat (not ac)

Cons

Have some issues with responsiveness on non emergency matters, but in general they do ok. Our floor is on a slant which is a pain when things roll around that should be stationary.

Advice to the owners

Install central AC like you advertise.
