Cute apartment but the landlord is a slumlord

Renovated apartment and washing machine
Cons
Delshah management is trash. Apartment didn't have heat on the winter until I withheld rent. Apartment had multiple leaks. Would not recommend.

Well kept and solid building
Pros
Super convenient location, well kept building, very responsive management, monthly extermination services just for safety, clean!
Cons
Sometimes you can hear the train as you are right above it. There was a leak once just due to intense rain and buildup on the roof, but it was resolved quickly and did not reoccur.
