Apartment units with issues/poor maintenance, overall building is solid
Pros
The building is well-staffed and in a scenic location next to the water, within walking distance of WTC/Path which is great if you are commuting. Lived in a spacious studio with reasonable rent, decent amenities.
Cons
Not sure if it was neighbors or construction, but there was a LOT of noise coming from inside the building at night that I could hear through the walls. The apartment itself was poorly maintained, with the ceiling cracking and paint peeling off of the bathroom walls/doors. I also had an issue with the bathtub drain and water/sewage backing up in the shower throughout the day--maintenance tried several times to fix but were unable to. Also ran into some minor issues with cockroaches (luckily building staff/exterminator services will really helpful).

Have to pay for pool use on top of amenity fee, not always a great response time from maintenance
