Pros
Great neighborhood. All units have balcony, building has a backyard. Landlord is very responsive about apt problems. Dishwasher in the unit. Laundry and storage in the building. Make sure you read the lease thoroughly.
Cons
Live in landlord. Be aware. At first they will seem so friendly. I guess depending on their mood they will change their attitude. They will keep check on your guests. You need to let them know whoever is staying with you. They will go through your garbage ALL the time - assuming everything is on the right place. If not, landlord will YELL at you. No privacy at all. No pets allowed - even if its service animals. They will assume small dogs cant be service animals. Everyone leaves when their lease ends. Between September-October 3 units moved out.
