Pros
The super is AMAZING. Zanun deserves the biggest raise possible. Nobody I know in this building (all college students) have experienced pests (that were not self induced by being messy haha). If anyone is a student at Columbia or Barnard, they should highly consider this building.
Cons
Management is honestly very slow. I have had a few issues where the super could not fix, and you have to spam management. Those issues were few and far between, but over two years, things happen.
Advice to the owners
Look at your emails, turn on your phone lines.
Nice alternative to columbia housing

Great super, can't say enough praise about him Walls between apartments/rooms are super thick nice balance of amenities
Cons
As with all prewar buildings the central heat can get a little wonky windows aren't ideal (lot's of street noise, needed thick curtains to get good sleep)
Advice to the owners
Give the super a raise
