A great place to live with a great landlord

Pros

I lived here a few years ago and learned about this site and felt compelled to let others know how great of a place this is to live. Frank is an excellent landlord. The location is awesome, safe, and in close proximity to Prospect Park. We did not have issues with noise. Highly recommend.

Cons

Issues were rare, if there ever was an issue it was resolved quickly by landlord.
