super close to transit JMZ great neighbourhood groceries (fb & mr.kiwi nice floor to ceiling window high ceiling gets tons of sun nice appliance
Cons
SO SO SO LOUD. you are right next to the train. when train passed you can see the people inside of the train so clearly. and the building trumble when trains are coming. you will get used to the train noise but it will get you super anxious. dingy neighbour hood and famous "characters" around the comED bill will scar u in summer and winter random people come in and steal package and gym equipment(??)

New building with neat interior environment. Lovely lobby. Good gym, good bicycle rooms.
Cons
Sometimes you packages get stolen. The subway sound is quite loud if your bedroom is facing the track, you can barely open the windows at that side. My unit is tiny.
