Pros
It is a beautiful building that has been recently renovated with new appliances, and the neighborhood is very diverse.
Cons
The management is horrible! They consistently fail to respond to calls, emails, or requests submitted to them. When issues arise, such as maintenance problems within the apartment, tenants may wait an unacceptable 8 months to a year for resolution. Moreover, the building's cleanliness is often neglected, resulting in unpleasant odors reminiscent of a dumpster and a pervasive presence of roaches throughout the premises

property management never gets back to you maintenance requests are never delt with no hot water for more than a few minutes and only in the mornings washing machine is molding no storage you can hear everything in the hallways expensive for what it is

get back to tenants about maintenance
