Overpriced for what you’re getting

Pros:
Very close to the express D&N trains
Cons:
THIS BUILDING IS GROSS! The landlord never does anything about the pest problem. Incredibly difficult to contact landlord to fix any problems happening with the building.
Advice to owner:
Fix your pest problem and be more responsive to tenants.

Close to train but problems with bugs, noise and loitering

Pros:
Good light. Close to train.
Cons:
Ongoing unmanaged pest problems. No garbage maintenance. Very loud all the time. Unsafe loitering outside. Always people drunk, fighting, on drugs or selling drugs in front of building. Next to several homeless shelters and liquor store so hangout spot is this building.
