Had to move due to roaches
Pros
Great sound proof room, had great relationships with neighbors near my unit. Small but I made it work and did get repairs and things fixed quickly.
Cons
Unfortunately because I was on the 2nd floor, once scaffolding went up for the mandatory brick check, it brought roaches non stop. This plus a open vent in the bathroom meant it was not infested with no solution
Advice to the owners
Invest in full building de-infestation and better laundry units.
