Small building, small problems

Pros

Landlord quick to fix things, neighbors are friendly and respectful, only 6 units in building, neighborhood is family friendly, park is great, good food around, rent is reasonable

Cons

Hot water sucked, would come on and off in one shower. Mice sometimes.
