Noise Complaint for 3 Months-Management Non-responsive

Pros
I lived here for a year in a 2b2b facing the water. Management was always prompt with responses and there were in-building contractors whenever the A/C or something needed fixing. Because downstairs was residential, there was barely any noise ever. Slept like a baby every night. Great light, great views, and solid construction. I really liked having a tennis court within the building, they have an amenity portal to book courts. Lots of kids and dogs. Also, doormen are really nice and packages are really secure. There was a 24/7 doorman, which made the building entrance feel safe. Also, having Gantry Park nearby was a huge plus, rare to have so much greenery which such easy access. It was also safe at night, people running or exercising or just taking walks.
Cons
Far from trains but there is a shuttle during rush hour. Not many shops or stores open downstairs, it tends to be more residential - this was a con for me but can be a pro for many.
