Absolute Shoebox/Incredible Location
Pros
Location. Can't find a better location. Steps from the Park, Musuems, Bars, Movies, Event and Concert Spaces. Really incredible location if you want the New York version of New York that's in your mind (that doesn't suck like Times Square from the movies).
Cons
Small, Small, Small. You'll have room for a queen bed a really small dresser a two seater couch and small media table. That's it. This place is a shoe-box. You will handle your own trash to the bin outside and the hallways are dark/dingy and grubby looking. The kitchen could barely be called that. Can't cook in it. Expect to eat out a lot or delivery if you live here.
Advice to the owners
Given what it is it should be much much much cheaper.
