Lots of space but very loud

Spacious building for LIC; conveniently close to multiple train lines, restaurants, cafes, bars; responsive landlord to issues

Extremely loud due to being directly in front of the above ground 7 train and thin windows

Lovely & Clean Building

Pros

Nan is wonderful. She shows appreciation for good tenants and will work with you from day one. Any time I have had a maintenance issue or needed something checked out, she is on top of it and gets someone ASAP.

Cons

Just wish the second door would buzz in. Also, there is a disrespectful neighbor who has lived there for a long time and inconveniences everyone around her just so she is not inconvenienced one bit. Very manipulative person, who tries to control everything, and I wish she would be put in her place by management. Other than that, other neighbors are lovely and helpful -- nice community.
