Low pest rate . Garbage disposal is spot on. Neighbors are nice .

Cons

Low heat . Old windows which makes it cold and mold and mildew will form. No cameras n proper protection for mails and people.

Advice to the owners

Please do walk throughs and ask clients about their living standards.
