Terrible tenant ruins entire building, mgmt does not care

Elevator, dishwasher, washer/dryer
Cons
One schizophrenic tenant screams at odd hours of the day and middle of the night. Floods the bathroom below often. So bad the water floods 3 floors down and ruins the ceilings. They also throw trash out of the window and gets on the town house roof next door and gets stuck in the tree. Management is not receptive or accommodating to these issues. History also has a big history of bed bugs with 3 reported cases in 2024/2025
Advice to the owners
Evict tenant 5B or get them they help they obviously need

Overall great experience!
Pros
Overall well kept, no major issues in 4 years of lease. Super is responsive and helpful.
Cons
Not able to control heat in the winter, leaving some days where it's been a bit of an issue on how much heat is coming on when.
