Good and Clean but expensive and a little small
Pros
Very clean and management good--they reply to maintenance requests very fast.
Cons
Not that much storage space but that's only an issue if you have a lot of stuff.

Columbia Law Housing
Pros
Excellent responsiveness to maintenance requests, generally pretty quiet, furnished (nice for me as new grad)
Cons
Apartments are tiny, no full sized appliances, occasional pest problems but they were always dealt with fairly swiftly.
