Solid apartment with good management

Pros:
Very responsive landlord that handled issues quickly.
Cons:
No real cons for me minus the lack of washer and dryer in unit which is pretty common for NYC.

Really nicely renovated, things do not break often, very safe, very responsive management

Wanted to love it but the roaches

Pros:
Location is great - access to Vanderbilt Avenue is wonderful.
Cons:
So many roaches. When I first moved in they were HUGE. I complained to management about the situation and they said that pest control comes on Thursdays at 1pm. For those tenants who work during the day they couldn’t get service. This put the pressure on me to address the problem. I installed everything I could buy from Amazon and I would still see smaller a few roaches maybe 1-2x per month.
Advice to owner:
Change the time of exterminator visits to something that works for more of your tenants to get things under control.
