Overall peaceful neighborhood.

Pros

Near to the commute.

Cons

Building manager is unresponsive, lots of theft parcels, dirty stairs, very old unit.

Advice to the owners

They should hire (manager) someone who response immediately to tenants’ problem. And they should check the maintenance by themselves so it’s dine in proper way or not. Good luck owner. Take care of your property.
