Great place to live
Rent increases are a bit high
Lived here for almost 4 years and can say the staff are wonderful! Units are fairly well-made. Maintenance is extremely prompt and professional. Gym, rooftop lounge are great amenities.
Communal areas could be cleaner. For example, several times I found the bbq grills to be dirty.
