Review Summary for Nancy Haber
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Nancy Haber reveals a mixed experience. The apartments offer good unit sizes and benefit from quiet neighborhoods with decent access to transportation. However, management responsiveness is frequently criticized as slow or unhelpful, making tenant concerns difficult to resolve. Pest issues, particularly with water bugs and mice, are common, and building cleanliness and garbage management receive mediocre ratings. Heating and water pressure are also reported as problematic in some units. While neighbors are sometimes described positively, noise levels and building upkeep vary. Overall, renters should expect challenges with management engagement and maintenance responsiveness.

Pest control may be the worst always see water bugs from time to time in front of building. Also see Mice Droppings.
Advice to owner:
Be more Responsible to your building. Won’t hurt to come and do a Check up every other month.
