Extremely bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice, updated building
Cons:
Terrible management. Our fridge did not work for 3 months and management repeatedly failed to fix it, nor did they agree to knock any money off of rent.
Advice to owner:
Be nicer to your tenants.
