Just don’t move here!!! Building is unkempt & mgmt SUCKS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bedrooms are a decent size. Has a parking garage but the spots are small and is filled with people’s trash. Garage is also shared with zip car so there’s a constant flow of strangers.
Cons:
Common areas (front entrance etc) are often kept in dirty condition. Mgmt is slow to answer or resolve any issue that is reported. Insulation is terrible and the apartment gets VERY cold in the winter. They are also withholding the security deposit though the apartment is in perfect condition. Stated they “don’t prorate rent” (even though it was prorated when I moved in) & charged me the full month when I moved out. Then withheld my security deposit for “unpaid rent”.
Advice to owner:
Stop doing quick CHEAP fixes that break down shortly after they’re completed. Hold employees accountable for shoddy work.
