Lots of space depending on unit. Floor to ceiling windows. Heat in bathroom. Trash shoot on your floor. The super at the time tried his best to clean every other day!
Cons
Pest: mice + roaches. Some units have it worse than others. Had to seal things myself (building was rushed build, so there are some pest openings in units. Trash shoots are not upkept by neighbors causing bugs. Cold during winter. Management…

Super was responsive and friendly
Cons
Unit was in bad shape when we moved in. It felt dirty and unkept. We are leaving it in better condition than we got it after many deep cleans and the maintenance we did on it ourselves. Common areas are dirty. Homeless individuals sleep in the lobby. There have been a few instances where a homeless individual was asleep in the hallway outside of the apartment door. Packages get stolen consistently…it got so bad I had to stop getting packages delivered to the apartment and had them sent to my parents house to be picked up on the weekend. Closets smelled of cigarettes because the neighbors smoked inside. Cockroaches and fly infestations no matter how much we cleaned and sanitized. Amongst many other negative experiences living at this building.
