Wonderfully kind staff who are attentive to every detail, friendly neighbors, well kept outdoor space and laundry room

Cons

Heat can be slow to turn on in the winter, as it is not resident controlled

A lot of apartments on each floor you can hear everything in the hall Doorman who does nothing just sits there More like an attendant - no one helps with packages etc

Get more staff to help tenants it’s such a large building
