good place to live

spacious apartment , landlord is definitely responsive . neighbors are all friendly , quiet neighborhood

Cons

landlord is rude , maintenance /repairs is subpar /bare minimum is done. halls are always dusty , something is always wrong with laundry and they do not reimburse coins. terrible draft in rooms
