Pros

They’re aren’t much pros to living here besides the neighborhood and that is after you bypass the drug dealers and user who stand all around the property.

Cons

Everything is nasty. Layers of dirt and grim, everyday something is broken or not in working condition. There are bedbugs, leaks, roofing issues and so on.
