Use to be a good place to raise a family and have elderly in. Use to be clean.
They allowed a new tenant to come in and destroy the door, intercom, and pull out cables in the back. We all sat there and signed a petition to kick out the people. The landlord refused. Now, we're without hot water, heat, an intercom, and peace. They are now selling out our building and trying to break into different apartments.
Kick them out.
