Garden Unit Oasis
Pros
Garden unit in the back of the building so no street noise. Backyard is almost as big as the apartment itself.
Cons
Upstairs neighbor smoked cigarettes either inside or on their fire escape. At times the smell was very strong in the downstairs apartment.

A nice place to live
Pros
Generally clean building, responsive super, my unit has controlled heating/AC which is fantastic. Quiet and not too many units.
Cons
Sometimes they don’t pick up the trash enough, and our building is almost always the one with the most garbage on the entire block.
