Don't do it!

Pros

The amenities of a washer dryer and dishwasher and updated apt are nice and definitely suck you in but that's all that's nice about it.

Cons

You can literally never get in touch with management, stolen packages and items from tenants, trashed not picked up all the time, no super in building or cleaning of the building ever. Literally go anywhere else.

Advice to the owners

Get your shit together and get a better management company.
